Sir Benjamin Slade is looking for a relative to take over his 13th century, 16 bedroom Somerset mansion, complete with 1300 acres of land, so that he can move into a council house. The only conditions are that the new owner must be related, as proven by DNA sample, and must be a male. They will also need to be wealthy, as just heating and insuring the mansion costs £24,000 a year.
